MEET YOUR COACH

I wanted to live a life filled with intention, one where I was no longer controlled by the hatred of my own body and I could feel whole, to give to those in my life and pour from a cup that was not just full, but overflowing!

Once I started to address my health holistically, my mind, body, soul, relationships, finances, etc. life as a whole shifted. I had sustainable energy and a clear mind. My self-concept completely shifted and I was able to show my body an affection I had never given it before. I was able to approach life in a way that filled my cup so much that I was able to effortlessly pour into others.

I realized the power of working through shame, guilt, and trauma to shift the focus from how one looks to how one feels and LIVES.  And the importance of getting to the ROOT of the issue, rather than applying yet another bandaid fix.

And now, for the past 6 beautiful years, I've been helping women around the world make that shift and become unstoppable, confident, baddies!!

I wanted to FEEL good, not just in body, but in LIFE.

And then the comments came...

At 10 years old I started receiving comments about how much I was eating and unsolicited advice on how I should start losing weight... AT 10 YEARS OLD!

I grew up in an environment where disordered eating was a significant part of life, both personally and within my family. Many women around me, including those I loved, faced immense pressure to conform to societal standards of appearance. Witnessing their struggles deeply impacted me and shaped my journey.

While it's true that there is a lot of information available online, it can often be overwhelming and conflicting. As a holistic health coach, I provide personalized guidance tailored to your unique needs and goals. I'm already seeing a doctor/nutritionist. Why do I need a holistic health coach?

Holistic health coaching complements the care you receive from medical professionals by focusing on the whole person—body, mind, and spirit.
